One hour rejuvenating practice for all yogis. While this is a great class for beginners and students recovering from injury, it is also a supportive practice for seasoned practitioners. Instruction will include many of the same poses covered on Monday’s Mixed Level class with a reduction in vinyassas between poses. Each class will include at least one restorative pose. Move into the breath and find your center.
